<p>The X2 iTablet has reasonably  impressive specs. It sports a 1.6GHz Intel processor and a 250GB hard  drive. There are 3USB ports, a 1.3MP webcam, Bluetooth, 3G and HDMI  output. For graphics, either NVIDIA ION or a Broadcom Crystal HD video  accelerator is available.</p>
<p>The  iTablet will reportedly run Windows 7. It will be available in  two sizes. One with a 10.2 inch display and the other with a 12.1 inch  display.</p>
<p>Pricing and  availability<br />
No word on pricing, but the tablet is expected to  be out in April.</p>

<p>The Haleon iLet Mini is powered by a 300MHz ARM-based  processor with 128MB of RAM and 2GB of flash storage. The storage can be  expanded to 16GB using an SDHC card. The 7 inch display has 800 x 480  pixels. The tablet can run either Windows CE 6.0 or Linux.<br />
Haleron  says that the 220mAh battery will power the device for 4 to 6 hours on a  single charge. A higher capacity 330mAh battery is also available and  it should provide 8 to 10 hours of uptime. Other notable features  include Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth (optional).</p>
